PLEASE NOTE
First Year students cancellation date is 3 working days after the CAO first round offers.
Cancellation date for the non-first years is 12th August 2026. Reservation fee payments made after this date are non-refundable.
Method Of Payment:
Payment should be made with either a Personal Cheque, Bank Transfer, Bank Draft, Credit Card or Debit Card. Please make cheques payable to “Edenhall”. Bank Transfer and monthly payment details available from Edenhall office.
Acceptance of Offers:
This booking is subject to a signed licence agreement between landlord, tenant, and guarantor.
